While having lunch with Willi Weber - the Manager of Michael Schumacher, a very pleasant man that cares about the youth, and likes to help them reach their goals - last week, we came to talk about his current project the Michael Schumacher World Champion Tower (MSWCT) which they start to build in various countries around the world, including Dubai.
The idea is revolutionary, as the Tower is build in a way, that it eco-friendly generates a part of his own electricity needs, due to smartly arcitectural finesses that use wind currents to generate energy.
About myself, I have just completed an internship in a big Real Estate company in Shanghai owned by David Salim, called Shanghai Wayne Enterprise.
David Salim has build the four FourSeason Tower in Jakarta and has another big project in the center of Shanghai running.
This way I got to know the Real Estate market out of a professional environment and am sure that the Michael Schumacher World Champion Tower would be a more than successful project to launch especially in asian countries like Indonesia, as it is a big country with more then 250 million people.The indonesian society and country is developing very fast so that a a project like this would than most of the other countries.
As a result of the lunch with Willi Weber, which as a person I got to know in a way, that his ambitions are to build the path into a better future, he offered me to bring this project to Asia.
This way I can directly communicate between persons with interest and Willi Weber in order to get the licence to build the Michael Schumacher World Champion Tower!
